Infertility is a worldwide issue between couples from all the places and races.The inability of a couple to conceive after trying for one year or more is termed as Infertility. It’s hard to believe that few years ago, infertility issues are only concerned with women, But nowadays researches done in regarding infertility reveal that even men can become infertile and they are equally to be blamed as women. Today, infertility is known to affect both men and women alike.

Male infertility, also termed as male factor infertility, is the man’s attribution or cause to a couple that has no ability to conceive. Male infertility is generally connected with hormonal disorders, obstruction in the reproductive system, sexual dysfunction, or recurring illness. For sensitive and shy men it will be a disorder which makes him to feel heavily burdened.

There are possible treatments for infertile men to diagnose the disorder which mainly requires a holistic approach that should cover everything regarding a man’s health. Half of infertile men have irreversibly infertility conditions, which restrict their ability to become father .

What should be done first during male infertility treatment is a thorough examination and a review of your medical and surgical history. It is necessary to determine the kinds of illnesses you have had since your childhood years. There are certain chronic illnesses or  or conditions that can affect the fertility in male such as pelvic injury, childhood illness, abdominal or reproductive organ surgery, recreational use of prohibited drugs, and the intake of certain medications.

What to Do and what Not to Do to attain FERTILITY

  • Smoking, drinking and drug intake  all have a negative effects  your health and also on sperm production. If you can’t cut these out altogether then you seriously need to cut back to attain fertility.
  • Men who  are over-weight will tend to be less fertile than those at a healthy weight, if you fit the first category its time to start getting in shape.
  • Increasing the amount of times you make sex will  increase the chances of conception, making love 3 to 4 times a week can double the chances of your partner becoming pregnant.
  • To increase male fertility a healthy diet is essential.
  • Tell your health care provider about diseases and other health problems in your family.
  • Have your partner get his sperm tested to make sure it’s healthy.
  • Diseases such as diabetes, cystic fibrosis, and sexually transmitted diseases increase the risk of male infertility.
  • Check wheteher any Childhood illness (failure of a testicle to descend properly) are there.
  • Blockage of one of the ducts allowing flow of sperm from the testicle
  • Injury, infection or prior vasectomy
  • Genetic absence of these ducts (cystic fibrosis)

Infertility should not be just a woman’s concern. It should be seen as a problem that the male is the sole cause, or may be a contributing cause, in any infertile couples.

There are many alternative male infertility treatments are available with promising results. Sometimes it’s as easy as boosting your confidence and making a more personal connection with your partner. Male infertility cure  treatments are long and tedious process, but all of that will be worth it once you determine your fertility status and makes possible for you and your partner to enjoy the parenthood.
